2ND NOTICE As a result of the impact on the U. S. Department of Energy (DOE), Washington, DC area mail facilities caused by Anthrax inspections, invoices and vouchers are not being delivered to Headquarters DOE personnel. The purpose of this notice is to inform all existing DOE Headquarters contractors/vendors, who are currently billing to P. O. Box 500, Germantown, MD, 20874 that, on an interim basis and until further notice, one copy of your invoice(s)/voucher(s) should be faxed to the following numbers: (301) 903-0131, (301) 903-5977, or (301) 903-6558. The Capital Accounting Center, Accounts Payable Division, requests that dark ink be used so that invoices/vouchers are legible. Also, please be advised that these instructions have no impact on any other terms and conditions of your award instruments.
