Description

The Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service has a requirement for commercial off-the-shelf acquisition courses (Writing Performance Based Work Statements and Writing Performance Based Work Statements for Information Technology). This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirements shall submit a written request for the above Request for Quotation (RFQ) no later than 15 calendar days from the published date of this notice (November 21, 2001). Requests may be faxed to 202/283-1511, Attn: Natika L. George. Requests may also may be emailed to: Natika.L.George@irs.gov. It is estimated that the RFQ will be issued approximately on November 23, 2001 and the quotes will be due approximately December 12, 2001. The RFQ will specify exact dates. Classes are to begin January 9, 2002. An award is anticipated under Simplified Acquisition procedures and will be based on the lowest overall price to the government.
