M These are corrections to the advertisement posted on 1 November 2001. The title of the project is changed to read: Design/Build Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Construction Services that Supports Programs and Projects Within the Geographic Boundaries of the North Atlantic Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (A) In the event only one qualified 8(a) or Hubzone offeror is selected, the Government reserves the right to award a third contract to a qualified offeror in the other restricted category. (B) Hubzone Small Businesses and 8(a) contractors must show proof of bonding capacity for Single Task Orders $10M, concurrent $20M Task Orders. (C) Each contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will include a base period of 12 months and four 1- year option periods. (D) This is primarily for design/build and the work performed under this contracting instrument will support programs and projects within the geographic boundaries of the North Atlantic Division. The boundaries are: New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Maryland, Delaware, District of Columbia and Virginia. (E) A preproposal conference will be held on or about late November (date to be established in the solicitation package).
