- Courier Service. This notice modifies the previously published synopsis. Original synopsis # 50T0K5 published on July 26, 2001. This notice deletes the portion of the requirement that called for some air service and for ground service between St. Louis, Missouri and Kansas City, Missouri. This requirement is for ground service covering the St. Louis commuting area only. This requirement is set-aside for small business. All requests for bid packages previously submitted will be honored. It is not necessary to request a package if done so previously.
