Description

NSWC, Carderock Division Philadelphia, intends to procure on Sole Source basis, Firm Fixed Price Contract to Information Handling Service for technical on line support. The Contractor shall provide immediate internet access for (5) simultaneous users to all DOD Specifications, Standards, Federal Specifications and Standards, DOD Performance Standards, MS Drawings, DOD Handbooks, NAVSEA Technical Publications (Superfabs), and NAVSEA Instructions. Documents must be available in both Adobe Acrobat and ASCII "cut and paste"-able format. The Contractor shall provide subscription for immediate access for five (5) simultaneous users to Haystack Online with APL/AEL. The Contractor shall provide two(2) simultaneous user internet access to the complete document library and index of the following Industrial Societies: ASTM, ANSI, ASME, AWS, EIA, IEEE, SAE, AIA/NAS, ASMEBPVC and NFPA. Only requests made in writing will be considered.
