Description

Seeking approximately 6000 rentable sq. ft. of first-class office space within the city limits of Southfield, MI. Seeking space in an existing or newly constructed office building for a lease term of 10 years, 5 years firm, beginning no later than 10/1/2002. The space must be fully serviced and altered to meet the Federal Government's standards for Fire and Handicapped Accessibility. The space offered must be contiguous. The space must include at least 7 on-site dedicated surface parking spaces for government employees.
