- Description
- This construction project consists of serveral buildings for the 3rd phase of a 3 phase barracks complex located at Ft. Campbell, Kentucky. This project will provide one barracks building with soldier community building, one 5 bay company operation buildi ng, one brigade headquarters building, one HHC company operations building, one 3 bay company operation building, one battalion headquarters building, and one DMMC building. All buildings will be complete with required utilities, storm drainage, communica tions, electric, HVAC, fire protection, paving, walks, curbs and gutters, parking, access drives, exterior lighting, site improvements, grading and landscaping. This is a request for proposal that will be evaluated (in descending order of importance) on A dministration Management Information, Past Performance Information, Proposed Schedule, Subcontracting Plan, Price Proposal and Performance Capabilities. Proposals received from this solicitation will be evaluated for best value and not necessarily on low p rice. This project is available on compact disk only. Project specification files are Portable Document Format files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. The drawing files are in CAL format and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Source View Reader. Both readers are contained in the solicitation package. Minimum system requirements are 486 based personal computer, Microsoft Windows 3.1 or greater, 8 MB application RAM, 4 MB hard disk space, and compact disk drive. This project is in Christian C ounty, Kentucky and the price range is between $25,000,000 to $100,000,000.
