Please note the following date changes. The revised Request for Proposal solicitation release date for step one is 16 November 2001 with step one proposals due 17 December 2001. A preproposal conference will be held 29 November 2001. Reservations for the Preproposal conference are mandatory. The number of solicitation packages will be limited.
