FOB requested is origin. This is a base year solicitation with 4 option years. Quantities will be delivered to various locations with an estimated delivery of 200 days. Data that is available for this solicitation: For NSN 1005-01-473-2711: DWG 98752 200015015 SQAP-GNPTS-0005 For NSN 1005-00-699-9922: DWG 19205 7268703 SQAP-GNPTS-0005 This data can be obtained by sending an e-mail to drawings@dscc.dla.mil or calling (614) 692-2344 or faxing (614) 692-2998. Both NSN's require Product Verification Testing, ISO 9002 Tailored and Government First Article Testing. For the Government First Article Test, a quantity of 2 for each NSN must be supplied to the following for testing: Transportation Officer First Article Test Section WR/ALC Robins AFB, GA 31098-5999 It is requested that these FAT quantities be delivered within 90 days. The testing will take 105 days. The FAT units will be in addition to the production quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
