DESC: Overseas Bulk Fuel Procurement of Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JP8) 9130-01-031-5816, Specification C16.64-1, Quantity 100,380,000 U.S. Gallons for Purchase Program 1.1i. Delivery period for the above item is from 01 February 2002 through 30 June 2002 plus a 30-day carryover period. This solicitation will be available on the World Wide Web on or about 20 November 2001 http://www.desc.dla.mil. When the solicitation is posted on the home page, a notice will be sent to all firms on the mailing list. If you do not have access to the Internet, a hard copy of the solicitation may be requested. Requests should be faxed to Ms. Tammie Coll, DESC-BZD at 703-767-9044. If you intend to submit an offer, you are requested to return a completed and signed "Offeror Submission Package" to the DESC bid custodian before the closing date and time. E-mail offers will not be accepted. However, facsimile offers are authorized, 703-767-8506. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreement Act of 1979.
