This is a modification to a prior notice posted on 7 Nov. 2001. Key dates cited in the 7 Nov. 2001 notice, and contained in the referenced material that is available at http://procnet.army.mil, have been changed. The revision to the dates discussed below is in the order that they appear in the 7 Nov. 2001 notice as follows: Deadline for submittal of White Papers IS CHANGED FROM: 1600 hrs. EST, 4 January 2002 TO: 1600 hrs. EST ,11 January 2002. The POC for submittal remains unchanged. The deadline for submittal of the completed AMSTA- AR Form 1350, Technical Data Questionnaire and the approved DD Form 2345, Export Controlled Technical Data Agreement IS CHANGED FROM: 19 Nov. 2001, TO: 3 Dec. 2001. The POC for submittal remains unchanged. The date of Industry Day IS CHANGED FROM: 29 NOV. 2001 (0730 TO 1630), TO: 12 Dec. 2001, (0730 TO 1630). Note that the location of Industry Day, as stated in the 7 Nov. 01 Notice has NOT changed. The statement contained in the 7 Nov. 01 Notice The deadline for the submittal of questions is 1600 hrs. 7 Dec. 2001 IS DELETED. This statement IS REPLACED WITH: All questions resulting from Industry Day, including questions from those parties not attending Industry Day, must be submitted, either by fax, e-mail, or by submitting at Industry Day, no later than 1700 hrs. 12 Dec. 2001 . The statement contained in the 7 Nov. 01 Notice The responses to questions received at Industry Day will be provided to all requesters completing the process outlined above for limited distribution material no later than 17 Dec. 2001 IS DELETED. This statement IS REPLACED WITH: Responses to questions submitted by 1700 hrs. 12 Dec. 2001, which will be mailed no later than 19 Dec. 2001, to those completing the process outlined above for the receipt of limited distribution material.
