Description

The Army Research Laboratory intends to negotiate with Cameron University for Statement of Work Titled: Junior Research Fellow Support for Research at the ARL, HRED, Fort Sill Field Element. This effort supports the mission of the Human Research and Engi neering Directorate Field Element at Ft. Sill, OK. The objective of this effort is to obtain the services of graduate students in behavioral science or management curriculum from a university or college fully accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools and maintaining a campus with faculty, library, and multi department faculty support within a reasonable commuting distance of Fort Sill, OK. The effort supports the conduct of research projects on soldier performance in automated sy stems and in the command control processes of units in battle situations. Support will be obtained to acquire, reduce, and analyze data; perform literature searches; prepare draft report material, and proof read reports; operate, install, and check labora tory and data reduction equipment; deliver written technical reports; and other tasks to support complex research projects. Negotiations are planned solely with Cameron University because it is the only source that meets the technical and geographical req uirements. The value of this procurement is estimated at less than $70,000 for a twelve-month period and currently NO FUNDS are available. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability.
