Description

REQUIREMENT: (AMENDED) The U.S. Government seeks to lease approximately 6,550 rentable square feet of office and related use space. Rentable square feet must yield a minimum of 5,620 to a maximum of 5,800 BOMA usable square feet, available for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Space must be on one level, contiguous and have a maximum length to width ratio of 2 to 1. Columns must be at least 20 feet from any interior wall and from each other, and must be no more than 2 feet square. LOCATION : (AMENDED) The property must be located within the city limits of Maysville, Kentucky. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: Space is required approximately December 1, 2002. Lease term will be ten (10) years, with five years firm. OWNERS/AGENTS: Agents must provide documentation showing their authority to represent owner.
