17. PRON: AX1F5372AX, Noun: Gear, Spur, NSN: 3020-01-164-3928; P/N: 7-211310045, 113 each minimum/313 each maximum applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. This is an IDIQ, five-year requirement. First Article delivery is 15 each, 288 days after contract a ward and 15 each month thereafter until shipped complete. First Article Test Report is due 218 DACA. Without First Article delivery is 15 each 230 days after contract award and 15 each month thereafter until shipped complete. FOB Destination to Texark ana, TX and New Cumberland, PA. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Approved sources are The Purdy Corporation, Manchester, CT, CAGE CODE: 15152, McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, Mesa, AZ, CAGE CO DE: 8V613 and Derlan Precision Gear Inc., Chicago, IL, CAGE CODE: 22907. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part.
