Description

The U.S. EPA intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, with Mid-Atlantic Research Institute. The Contractor shall provide a Real Time Particulate Mass Monitor with a Sampling Conditioning System and 4 Quartz Crystals. The Contractor will also provide a Sampling Pump (12V DC). The unit will provide interim continuous Diesel Exhaust Particulate Matter (PM) measurements for the current SPOT and will be used for PM measurements for diesel vehicles equipped with after treatment devices. All equipment and accessories must be delivered by 31 January, 2002. This is not a Request for Proposal.
