LICENSE FOR USE OF ISI SCIENCE CITATION INDEX AND SOCIAL SCIENCE CITATION INDEX DATABASES. The National Science Foundation intends to procure on a sole-source basis from the Institute for Scientific Information (ISI) a nonexclusive, limited license for use of ISI Science Citation Index (SCI) and Social Science Citation Index (SSCI) Databases. This announcement is issued under the authority of FAR 6.302, and is for informational purposes only. Interested parties may submit a statement of their capabilities to perform this requirement. All information received within fifteen (15) days of this announcement will be considered by the Government solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
