Notice of intent to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to ActionPoint for Input Accel software and maintenance -- A determination not to compete this proposed purchase order has been made because ActionPoint is the sole supplier for Input Accel software and maintenance. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed to Genine McElroy at facsimile number (202)565-2554 or sent by email to mcelroy.genine@epa.gov. Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing within ten (10) days after this electronic posting. Consideration of the responses is solely within the discretion of the Government, generally for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
