Description

Single award term contract for 1 year (base year period beginning Date of Award and ending December 31, 20020 and 4 option year periods (January 1, 2003 through December 31, 2003; January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2004; January 1, 2005 through December 31, 2005; and January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006) for Department of Energy, Fluor Fernald, Hamilton/Cincinnati, Ohio. These specifications cover the production of various single leaf products, books/pamphlets and miscellaneous items requiring such operations as copy pick-up, duplicating/copying in black image and full color image, binding, packing, and delivery. In the accomplishment of this objective, the Contractor shall provide all facilities, equipment, personnel, transportation, maintenance, expendables, and systems required in the performance of this contract. One print order each work day and a service order for each item (8 to 10 items per print order) throughout the work day. Approximately 1 to 12,000 copies per item. Approximately 2 to 300 pages per item. Material and print order/work order to be picked up from and delivered to Hamilton, Ohio and Cincinnati, Ohio. Production time STARTS AT ONE (1) HOUR.
