Destination with deliveries for a quantity of 10 going to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Required delivery without First A rticle Testing is 3 each, 330 DACA and 3 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This item is restricted to Lucas Western, Inc., 610 Neptune Ave., P. O. Box 2207, Brea, CA 92822-2207.
