This item is restricted to The Barden Corporation, 200 Park Avenue, Danbury, CT 06810 (Cage Code 70854), New Hampshire Ball Bearing- Hitech Division, NHBB, Inc, 175 Jaffery Road, Peterborough, NH 034588-1709 (Cage Code 83086) and Honeywell International Inc., Engines and Systems, 111 South 34th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85034 (Cage Code 99193). Required delivery with First Article is 300 each, 225 Days After Contract Award (DACA). First Article Test Report is due 138 (DACA) The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate or legible data to purchase this part from other than the current source(s). This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., Sec 2751 ET SEQ) or The Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) executive Order 121470.
