Description

VA Medical Center, Sioux Falls, SD intends to conduct a sole-source negotiation with Soderberg Optical for the following system: Canon CR6-45NM Non-Mydriatic Retinal Camera with Eye Q Lite Complete System (1xCapture station) includes, adapter CR-DA1, Eye Q Lite Software, PC Canon Digital EOS Camera. A justification for other than full and open competition is being prepared in support of this acquisition under authority FAR 6.302-1. This CBD announcement is being placed to satisfy requirements in FAR 5.201. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and information received will be considered solely for purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
