Description

Base company criteria for this product line includes but is not limited to the following: must carry a full line of sterilization peel pouches & tubing. The vendor must provide the product line and customer support in the form of a sales representative f or each MTF with TRICARE Region 11. They must provide clinical support, education programs, and utilization reports, and provide the company s return policy and distribution network. They must provide electronic and hard-copy of proposed pricing and comp etitive product cross-reference. Base product criteria for this product line includes but is not limited to the following: Provide sterilization peel pouches and tubing that are environmentally safe; tubing sizes from 6 x100 to 9 x 100 ; must comply with ANSI/AAMI ST46-1993; pouches and tubing must be available for steam, EO and gas plasma sterilization; pouch sizes ranging from 4 x8 up to 12 x 17 ; meets or exceeds ISO 9001 Quality Standards; minimum of 2ply poly film minimum of 65 gram paper. The product must have self seal, hea t seal, bulk roll, tyvek, gussetted products available and have multiple sizes available. If your company currently holds a Distribution and Pricing Agreement (DAPA) for Sterilization peel pouches and tubing, your company is eligible to participate in the standardization process.
