Description

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and the Alaska Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has a requirement to thoroughly evaluate the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System (TAPS) right-of way (R/W) giving full consideration to all appropriate valuation methods and concepts. The finished product will be used by the BLM and the Alaska DNR to establish R/W rental payments for TAPS. The Request for Quote number for this project is LAP022001.
