- 17. This synopsis is for a contractor to provide the following Brand name or equal panel boards to be used on 41' UTILITY BOATS. CLIN 0001, International Marine Products P/N PS-DC-32-41, description: 24 VDC, 24 circuits, 22 single pole breakers and 1 double pole main disconnect breaker, 250 amp bus, with main lugs, hinged door with glass front NEMA 12 enclosure, surface mount. CLIN 0002. International Products part number PS, AC-8-41, description: 120 VAC, 60 Hertz, 6 circuit on the bottom of the panel and 1 circuit in the top of the panel and seven 2 pole circuit breakers, 200 amp bus, with main lugs, hinged door with glass front NEMA 12 enclosure, surface mount. This is a one-time buy of 102 of each CLIN. The salient characteristics will be listed in the Request for Proposal. The above CLINS are a commercial buy and the offeror is responsible for providing all information and/or descriptive literature (such as cuts, illustrations, drawing s and/or other information necessary for the Contracting officer to determine whether the product meets the salient characteristics of the bid. If a bidder must modify a product so as to make it conform to the requirements of the solicitation it shall include in its bid a clear description of such proposed modifications and clearly mark any descriptive literature to show the proposed modification. If the bidder proposes to offer an equal product, the brand name, if any, of the product to be offered shall be clearly identified in the bid. The evaluation of the proposal and the determination as to the equality of the product shall be the responsibility of the Government and will be based solely on the information furnished by the offeror in its offer. Delivery will be F.O.B. destination to the U.S.C.G. Engineering Logistics Center, Receiving Room, Bldg. 86, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226. The contract is considered to be a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 335313. The Coast Guard anticipates issuing the solicitation approximately 12 days after the date of this publication, with a closing date approximately 12 days from the issuance date.
