- Description
- Nine instructors are needed for the Strategic Crisis Exercise the last two weeks in March 2002. Some instructors are needed in Carlisle for one half day, weekly from 7 January to March for SCAP. Instructors must have a PHD or MEL-1 education, previous wa rgame participation and senior level DOD or Foreign service experience. Written analysis report is required. Instructors must be able to quickly obtain a security clearance. Multiple awards will be made on a best value basis. Request the solicitation pa ckets by e-mail only.
