- This announcement is amended as follows: The period for submission of quotes has been extended until November 26, 2001, 2:00 P.M. EST. Pre-Award Demonstrations of system capabilities are being scheduled for December 6, 2001. All interested parties must call 812-854-3861 to schedule a time slot. Consideration for award will be based on the results of the pre-award demonstration (system capabilities) and price. All parties submitting a proposal must participate in the pre-award demo to be considered for award.
