Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs has a requirement to obtain a consultant to advise and assist the Veterans Affairs in assuring quality review and assurance in the development, planning and implementation of a new pilot program to guarantee loans for transitional housing for homeless veterans pursuant to 38 USC subchapter VI, as added by Public Law 105 =A7 601. The primary duties involved in this requirement are the consultant shall evaluate deliverables and recommendations offered by the current contractor and shall provide written opinion regarding the soundness and appropriateness of such recommendations and suggest alternative recommendations, if needed, based on current housing and economic markets. The contract will provide a base year with four 1-year options, not to exceed 5 years. The North American Industrial Code is 611710.
