Description

Guard service at FEMA, Pasadena, CA. Government performance based requirement. The request is for one basic year with four (4) one-year options. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 7381. The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561612. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100%SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. For purpose of this requirement, a small business is a firm whose average annual receipts for the preceding three years do not exceed $9.00 million. This acquisition is a source selection with the following technical evaluation factors ranked in descending order of importance: (1) Past Performance, (2) Management and Plan of Operation, (3) Financial Resources and an Oral Presentation. The successful offeror must be knowledgeable and have a proven track record of professional competency in the security field. Offerors must have security Licenses/Permits to operate in the State of California. Estimated issuance date of solicitation is on or about November 15, 2001.
