Description

The United States Postal Service is soliciting for proposals for a post office to be constructed on a postal owned site, consisting of approximately 3.1 acres on Route 1 in Westbrook, CT. The building will contain approximately 5,600 square feet of net interior space. The Postal Service has completed a full design and site adaptation for the proposed building. The successful offeror will enter into a long term ground lease with the Postal Service. Solicitation packages may be obtained by sending a non-refundable cashier's check or money order for $25.00 made payable to USPS Disbursing Officer to: Barbara A.
