Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL, intends to award a sole source contract to Matthew Bender and Company Inc., 1275 Broadway, Albany, NY, for the following: Latest cases, federal and state legislation, rules and policies -- FY02 Updates, quantity: 70. This requirement is sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the above service, they must respond to this notice before 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on November 26, 2001. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with Matthew Bender and Company, Inc will be pursued.
