Description

Fifteen days after the publication of this Notice, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) intends to issue a purchase order to Todd M. Carrico, Ph.D., sole proprietor, for advisory and assistant services in support of DARPA's Ultra*Log Program. This order shall be for an amount less than $100 thousand; services shall be provided within a period of twelve months after the issuance of the order. This source is the only source known to the Government with the capability to provide these services within the Government's cost and schedule constraints. This Notice is not a solicitation of any kind, nor is it a request for proposals. See Note No. 22.
