Description

The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to provide Landscape Maintenance Services for about Fourty-three various locations within the National Capital Region of Washington, DC. This procurement will be negotiated for an initial period of one year with the Government having the unilateral option to extend the term of services for four consecutive periods of 12-months each. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS Code is 561730 and the size standard is $5 million. Performance is expected to commence on March 01, 2002.
