Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition circular 90-46. This is a Sole Source requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1. The solicitation has been incorporated as an attachment to this announcement. And is identified as a requirement for a Mobile Performance Platform Base Unit (P/N MPP2424)and associated parts to this unit. Wright Patterson AFB intends to award to Century Industries, LLC, Sellersburg, IN. The authority for this buy is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The justification is that this item is available from only one source, no other type of supplies will satisfy the agency requirement due to the proprietary nature of this requirement.
