The Government atticipates to outsource Mail Handling and Distribution Services at the Frankfurt Aerial Mail Terminal. NOTE: The closing date is 31 December 2001. In addition, note page 25 of the solicitation pertaining to the preproposal conference and sit-visit at Rhine Main at Frankfurt on 27 NOv 2001.
