Description: Services, Non-personal: The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, transportation, equipment, supplies, and communication necessary to collect, analyze, and furnish written reports for drinking water/waste water samples, solid, liquid and sludge phases, for Forts Richardson, Wainwright, Greely and Seward Army Recreation Camp, Alaska. Collection and testing shall be in accordance with Environmental Protection Agency and Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation test methods. Test ing will be ordered, on an as needed basis, for a 12-month base period, and four consecutive 12-month option periods. See Numbered Note 1. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541380 with a size standard of $5,000,000.
