NSN: 1680-01-158-5719, PN: 70400-02199-042, PRON: AX1F0507, Solicitation Number: DAAH23-02-T-0139, Quantity: 126 each, applicable to the UH-60 Helicopter. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. F.O.B. Destination with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 126 each, 315 days after contract award (DACA). First Article Test Report due 198 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 126 each, 210 DACA. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The Government h as rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. This Acquisition cont ains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the government.
