Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. This sources sought synopsis is requesting information for consideration by the government for a future acquisition. This request should not be construed as a commitment by the Government to fund for development or acquisition. The U.S. Coast Guard Maintenance and Logistics Command Atlantic is searching for sources who can design and install a replacement propulsion control system for prototype installation aboard the USCGC NEAH BAY. Location of work will be the vessel?s home pier in Cleveland, Ohio. Period of performance is expected to be April 2002 thru May 2002. Interested entities should submit written responses and include references and past performance information, as well as any necessary information to: USCG MLCLANT, 300 E. Main Street, Ste 600, Norfolk, VA 23510, Attn: Douglas G. Landau, Contracting Officer. Only written submissions will be assessed. Facsimile copies will be accepted at 757-628-4676. It is encouraged to submit other descriptive literature and any other specific and pertinent information that would enhance our consideration and evaluation of the information submitted. Firms responding should indicate whether they are small business, a socially and economically disadvantaged business, or a woman-owned business.
