Description

The Commander of ACC is initiating a standard cost comparison of the 4FW Heat Plant function at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC in accordance with OMB Circular A-76. It impacts a total of 15 DoD personnel (0 officer, 9 enlisted, 6 APF civilians, and 0 NAF FTEs). The direct conversion began on 8 Nov 01 and is projected to be completed by 03 Sep 02 (FY 02). The Congressional Districts are the 1st and 3rd and elected officials are Senators Jesse Helms and John Edwards, and Representatives Walter Jones and Eva Clayton. Congressional notification has not been made at this time. This is the first synopsis notification in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 7.303(b).
