U.S. GOVERNMENT WANTS TO LEASE SPACE IN JACKSON, MISSISSIPPI AMOUNT: Approximately 18,200 square feet of rentable office and related space for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Rentable space must yield approximately 15,800 BOMA usable square feet. LOCATION: Space must be located within the Central Business District of Jackson, Mississippi REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, required tenant alterations/improvements, and 20 onsite secured parking spaces are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: Ten (10) years, with five (5) years firm. OWNERS AND AGENTS: To express interest, please contact the following office no later than January 2, 2002.
