The government cannot guarantee a bidder will be added to the bidders list if registration is not confirmed via email or fax. DESCRIPTION: SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING DRAWINGS, WILL BE AVAILABLE ON CD ONLY. The Corps of Engi neers, Walla Walla District, is planning to repair erosion of the stilling basin, construct two reinforced concrete spillway deflectors, and repair the surface of one existing spillway deflector. The work will include, but may not be limited to: (1) place ment of 1800 cubic yards of tremie concrete at approximately 50 feet below the surface of the water; (2) drilling and grouting 450, #11 anchor bars into the stilling basin floor; (3) water quality monitoring for PH, turbidity, dissolved oxygen, conductivit y, and temperature at given depths; (4) placement of approximately 450 cubic yards of cast-in-place, reinforced concrete; (5) use of floating plant; (6) design and furnishing of a dewatering system to facilitate construction of deflectors; and (7) use of s urface supplied air and underwater diving. The estimated completion date for this work is October 15, 2002. ADMIN INFO: The estimated cost range for this job is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The standard industrial classification code (SIC) is 16 29 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 234990. The small business size standard is average annual receipts for the previous three fiscal years must not exceed $27,500,000. If a large business is selected for this contrac t it must comply with FAR 52.219-9 regarding the requirement for a subcontracting plan on that portion of the work it intends to subcontract. The intended subcontracting goals are that a minimum of 61.4% of the contractor s intended subcontract amount be placed with small businesses including 9.1% with small disadvantaged businesses. The plan must contain a goal of 5.0% with women-owned small businesses, and 3.0% with service-disabled veteran-owned small business. The plan is not required with the submit tal of a bid. All responsible business sources may submit an offer, which may be considered. THE AWARD OF THIS SOLICITATION IS DEPENDENT ON THE AVAILABILITY OF FISCAL YEAR 2002 FUNDING.
