Libby Power Systems LLC, Cage 36024, P/N 8446819. Kurz and Root Inc., Cage75377, P/N 611323. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to this procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Govt. Solicitation will include a quantity option for increase up to100%. Total Quantity is 35 EA. Delivery 120 days. FOB Destination: 27 EA to Tracy, CA and 8 EA to New Cumberland, PA. This solicitation is Set Aside for Small Business with Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
