Description

The Contracts Office of NAVSEA Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head, Md. has a sole source requirement for Eagle Picher Technologies to build 50 SAP 9410 batteries Proof of Design (POD) laser welded/flex print assemblies per Drawing 7391969 and test in accordance with the POD test matrix. Deliverable will be the test report. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. The requirement is being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1). See Note 22.
