- The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Peregrine Federal Systems, Inc. for maintenance renewal of existing modules. A Justification For Other Than Full and Open Competition has been certified, justified and approved for Peregrine Federal Systems, Inc. This requirement will be accomplished through the Simplified Acquisition Rules, dated December 15, 1994. There is no solicitation available. The closing date is December 11, 2001.
