Description

The previous announcement for the replacement craft of the 11-meter NSW RIB, which was posted 18 Oct 2001 and appeared in the printed edition on 22 Oct 2001, is hereby modified. Specifically, the sentence "It is anticipated that the contract will be an eight-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with range quantities to procure up to 48 in a year" is clarified as follows: We used "up to 48 in a year" to allow us the flexibility to order that many in one year should the need ever arise. However, it is anticipated, based on historical data, that we will average around 8 each year. The contract's minimum amount will be $100,000.00, and we expect will order around 66 boats over the life of the contract.
