Description

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for operational and maintenance services for USGS' one of a kind, wetlands sampling craft, the Hoverprobe 2000. THE USGS ANTICIPATES AWARDING THE PURCHASE ORDER TO SISKO SUPPORT SYSTEMS; this contractor has experience that is considered to be an essential component of the present requirement. These unique and essential qualifications include: experience navigating, operating and maintaining aircraft and hovercraft, especially Hoverprobe 2000, and operation of MPI multisonic drilling equipment rigged for soft sediment core recovery; maintenance and repair of engines, (possess FAA airframe and engine certificates) transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
