Description

S-Armed Security Guard Services for both the federal Regional Center and the Disaster Processing Center. Both are located in Bothell, WA. The previous response date is changed to: 03/01/2002. Services required are for two armed guards in each location for 14 hours a day, five days a week minus federal holidays. The scope of work includes increases in shift length and duration of indeterminate times in response to natural or man-made disasters and terrorist events. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 561612, 3 year averaged gross income of $9.0 million per year. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the remainder of FY 2002 with up to four (4) option years. This action is applicable under the Service Contract Act. All prospective bidders must submit a written request to the Contracting Officer for a bid package. All request must contain the name of the firm, contact person, phone and fax number and mailing address. Each request must be accompanied with a non-refundable check in the amount of $10.00 The check must be made out to: "Federal Emergency Management Agency". Checks only, do not submit cash. There are no exceptions to this requirement. All bid packages will be mailed to the requestor.
