- Exclusive use of light or medium fully-operated helicopter(s) for fire emergency and other use, meeting Interagency National Standard Helicopter Specifications. Located in three (3) different areas: John Day Airbase, Oregon, Malheur National Forest; Frazier Helibase, Oregon, Umatilla National Forest; Sled Springs Helibase, Oregon, Wallowa-Whitman National Forest. Mandatory performance period beginning field season 2002. Multiple award(s) will be made. The solicitation is expected to issue December 20, 2001.
