PRON: AX2F0024AX, NSN: 1560-01-233-8314, PN: 70205-06052-061, Quantity 43 each min./ 243 each max., this will be a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement, applicable to the BLACKHAWK. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarkan a, TX. Required delivery with first article testing 43 each 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA), first article test report due 228 DACA. Required delivery without first article test is 43 each 240 DACA. This item is restricted to Silorsky Aircraft Corpo ration, 6900 Main Street, Stratford, CT 06615-9129 and Helicomb International, Inc., 1402 South 69th East Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74112-6603. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
