Critical application item. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. South Bend Controls Inc., Subsidiary of Koontz-Wagner Electric Co., Inc. CAGE 02250 is the sole source for this acquisition. Configuration control applies. Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis, other than full and open competition procedures.
