Line Item (1) Stock Locations Tracy, CA and Line Item (2) is Richmond, VA. RFP will have EPA Provisions, and does not contain Progress Payments. Quantity Variance Plus or Minus 5%.Supplemental Instructions: Contractor shall package in Wooden Box to Ensure prevention of Damages. Unrestricted Solicitation.
